When you’re looking for top quality work at an affordable price, K. Nan Construction has cracked the code and is here to help. You pick a floor plan that's been designed by an American Fellow Architect, tested and fine tuned by our previous investors, the colors and finishes and watch we do all the work from start to finish under 4 months construction period. A floor plan design that has accounted for the efficient use of every square inch of the building. This is our bread and butter. Design Build/Custom Build
(Price is good for 2023)
Our vertical price (aka. permitting and construction price) for a 1 story, wood framed, 9ft plate height, starts at $165 per conditioned sq ft, $88 per sq ft for garage, $68 per sq ft for covered porches. For exterior CMU block homes, add $8 per total building sq ft to the price. This price is subject to change based on finishes the customers choose.

Horizontal, or development and site, costs are directly passed onto customers so the customers are receiving exactly what they pay for, no markups. These costs include but not limited to: architectural/engineering fees, impact fees, land clearing, demolition, fill dirt, utility installation and connection such as power/water/sewer/well/septic/gas etc, landscape and hardscape that's not part of the building. Based on our construction experience, we have a good estimate on how much these items would be to help you on budgeting for your next project.

We understand the flipping and fixupper business. We can provide you with a detailed market analysis to help you understand the return on your investment. Don't over spend on your project, only invest what will contribute to the value of the property.

Remodeling job is very complex and time consuming to build a detailed estimate. Therefore our estimate cost is $300 at time of appointment. This cost would be credited towards customer's final invoice should the customers decided to use our service.
